I found Sharon through complete blind luck! I was interested in a property and reached out to her, and found out that property was already pending. Sharon was amazing thoughout the entire experience. She went above and beyond with everything we needed. Our transaction was not typical as we are out of state buyers and it may be a short term residence. She took our concerns and feedback to heart. It is a difficult thing to sell a family home after a death. Sharon made the process much easier with her straight-forward approach, helpful ideas to prep the home, and guidance and knowledge. We would use Sharon's expert services again to sell or buy a home.
